10 Day Body Renewal Detox & Wellness Retreat in the Sacred Valley, Peru

The Body Renewal Retreat at Pacha Munay is a ten-day program built around a three-day juice fast, but the experience is much more than just drinking juice. The first three days ease you in with light meals and soups, then days four through six are the fast, where you drink fresh juices, wellness shots, and can have an optional ayurvedic kitchari meal.
