Valencia · 10 days · From USD 810
This is a month-long wellness collective that unfolds in four themed chapters. The first is a quiet weekend yoga and detox retreat—four days of practice, clean food, and no alcohol, designed to help you unplug fast. Then comes Detox Week, a full seven days of yoga, wholesome meals, and slow mornings, still with no alcohol on the table, keeping the reset going. Bloom Week follows with a softer touch—restorative yoga, longer rest, and more space to integrate—before the month closes with the Yoga Marathon, two days of drop-in Mysore-style practice, Rocket Yoga, arm balance workshops, and pranayama sessions, capped with group meditation each night.
The daily schedule keeps a steady skeleton: mornings begin with a breath-led vinyasa flow, alternating with Osho dynamic or power yoga to wake the nervous system. Afternoons bring animal flow or vin yin to rebuild mobility, while evenings land on sound healing or yoga nidra. Between sessions, there’s time for the ice bath, a swim, or a walk into town. Weekend deep-dives with guest teachers give anyone hungry for more a chance to level up.
The house itself sits in a private villa on the Costa Blanca, with the freeform feel of co-living rather than a hotel stay. Meals are shared, mornings are quiet, and the group evolves as people come and go. It’s run by Vanessa, a yoga teacher with over fifteen years of experience and a background as a rhythmic gymnast, and Rafael, a personal trainer and animal flow instructor who also leads the cooking. Together they keep the energy warm, practical, and unpretentious—more like a good house share than a retreat center.
