Home › Retreats › 10-Day Muay Thai Training Camp in Thailand with Private Room and All Meals
Thailand · 10 days · From THB 18850
A typical day starts at 7:00 with the first training session. The second runs at 3:00 in the afternoon. Both are led by the camp's trainers and are open to all levels, so beginners get shown the basics while more experienced guests work at their own pace. Sundays have no sessions at all.
Between sessions you have the resort pool and facilities to yourself, and three meals a day are served at a restaurant outside the resort on a healthy Thai menu. The food is simple and balanced rather than fancy — the kind of thing you want to eat when you're training twice a day in the heat.
Your room is private, has a ceiling fan and looks out over the pool. Air conditioning isn't included in the base price; it's an extra 200 Baht per day if you want it. That's worth knowing before you arrive, because Thai nights are warm.
What separates this from a longer camp package is simply the length. Ten days is enough to learn the basics, get into the routine and decide whether you want to come back for the six-week course. It's also short enough to slot into a wider trip around Thailand.
The setting is deliberately quiet — surrounded by nature and away from mass tourism. You won't be training in the middle of a party town. That suits people who are here to train and recover rather than to go out every night.
