100-Hour Ayurveda & Yin Yoga Teacher Training on Goa's Beaches

This training is built for yoga teachers wanting to add specialized skills, but it works just as well for dedicated practitioners looking to deepen their own practice. The curriculum splits cleanly: Ayurveda is taught by Dr. Renuka Yadav, a BAMS graduate with over two decades of clinical experience, while Yin Yoga Therapy™ is led by Manuela, a traveling yogini and lead trainer for the YinLove courses. You'll study doshas, daily routines, nutrition, and client consultation in the Ayurveda block, and meridian theory, chi flow, and intelligent sequencing in the Yin Yoga block.
