11-Day Aerial Yoga & Wellness Teacher Training in Goa, India

This isn't a typical week of relaxing yoga classes—it's a 100-hour teacher training compressed into 11 days, so you'll be putting in real work. Most days start with a self-practice hour, then move into guided pranayama and kriyas (cleansing rituals) before a long Ashtanga or Hatha class. The afternoons bring philosophy and meditation, and there's a dedicated aerial yoga block where you'll learn the fundamentals, poses, sequences, and how to build core strength in the hammock. Expect at least four classes a day, with Saturday as a half day and Sunday off for rest.

The campus itself makes the intense schedule sustainable. It's full of greenery, with birds around constantly, and the shala has a view that keeps coming up in guest reviews. The food is vegetarian and Ayurveda-aligned, served three times a day, and there's a vegan cafe on site. Evenings are free for beach strolls—Mandrem Beach is a short walk, Arambol is just over a kilometer away—or for joining organized excursions like treks and mud baths.
