12-Day Complete Detox and Wellness Retreat in Koh Phangan, Thailand

The 12-day Complete Detox Program at Orion Healing Centre follows a well-defined structure: two pre-cleanse days, seven fasting days, and two post-cleanse days. Each stage is designed to gradually lead your body into fasting and then safely back to solid food. During the fasting days, you'll consume detox drinks made with bentonite clay and psyllium husk, along with nutritional supplements and a light detox soup, while your digestive system gets a complete rest.

A key part of the program is the daily wellness meeting where you'll get guidance and support from the staff. You'll also undergo a private health assessment and consultation at the start, and receive detailed guidelines on how to reintroduce food after the fast. The program includes an introduction to the colema process and private equipment so you can self-administer up to two colemas (colon cleansing sessions) each fasting day, with options to add coffee, apple cider vinegar, or garlic to the water.
