Kathmandu · From USD 4500
Panchakarma is Ayurveda's classical cleansing protocol, and two weeks allows a full cycle of preparation, cleansing and recovery. This 14-day programme at an Ayurvedic wellness resort in Kathmandu follows that cycle gradually, with personalised cleansing and rejuvenation therapies, nourishing meals, yoga, meditation and restorative practice.
After an initial health assessment, your practitioner prepares the body over the first days with yoga, meditation, herbal oil massage and steam. The main phase brings cleansing therapies alongside a planned Ayurvedic diet, breathing practice and plenty of rest. A mid-retreat consultation reviews your progress and adjusts the treatment. The final days shift towards rejuvenation, with guidance on nutrition, sleep and routines to support you after you go home.
You stay 13 nights at a selected Ayurvedic wellness resort with full-board Ayurvedic vegetarian meals, herbal teas and prescribed wellness drinks. Airport pickup and drop-off, local transport and 24/7 programme support are included.
Groups are small (1 to 10 guests), the retreat runs all year, and longer programmes are available on request.
