200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Athens, Greece

The Yoga Skyros Academy runs this 200-hour RYT program in Glyfada, the Greek Riviera, about 20 km from Athens International Airport. The training is practical and career-focused, aiming to make graduates qualified and employable from the moment they finish. You'll study Patanjali's eight limbs, the history of yoga, alignment, and how to give safe hands-on adjustments. Classes are kept small, to a maximum of 10 students, so you get personalized guidance from the lead teachers.
