200-Hour Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training in a Mallorcan Villa

The training spans 13 days onsite (with 12 nights of accommodation) and includes access to online modules two months before the start date, giving you time to prepare. You'll have up to one full year to complete the online portion. The curriculum covers a wide range of topics: daily asana practice, pranayama and breathwork, guided meditation, Ayurveda, Tantra philosophy, Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita, anatomy, alignment, sequencing, and the creative use of props including aerial hammocks. Teaching practice is a major focus, with abundant opportunities to find your voice and build confidence.

What sets this training apart is its multi-style approach and the blend of online and onsite learning. You'll graduate with a Yoga Alliance certification from Sundara Yoga School, allowing you to register as a 200-hour teacher. The teaching team is highly experienced—Anika trained in Rishikesh and has expanded into Pilates and Aerial Yoga; Juan has 16 years of experience and studied massage in Bolivia and Thailand; Hagar brings 14 years of Iyengar practice and a focus on core strength and women's wellness.

The villa itself is a highlight: a quiet, nature-surrounded property with a pool, terrace, and plenty of space for rest and integration. The group size is capped at nine participants, ensuring individual attention. Excursions to the beach and other activities are woven into the schedule, and there's a weekend day off for exploration. The training is conducted in Spanish and English, making it accessible to a wide range of students.
