200-Hour Yin Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training in Bali

The training is built around the synergy of Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation. You'll explore the Yin Yoga Therapy™ approach, which emphasizes the functional and energetic aspects of poses, and learn about the body's chi flow and meridians. Mornings typically start with a dynamic yang yoga practice, followed by theory and methodology sessions. Afternoons are dedicated to yin yoga immersions and mindfulness practices, with a sunset circle to close the day. The curriculum covers everything from the anatomy of the mind and body to the art of teaching, including trauma-aware approaches and ethical guidelines. You'll have ample opportunities to practice teaching in a supportive environment and develop your own style. The program also includes a 40-hour self-paced online course on anatomy and yoga humanities, which you can complete anytime within a year. The lead trainer, Manuela Sauter, brings her deep experience as a meditation guide in the Himalayas and a passion for yin yoga, offering a unique blend of Buddhist philosophy and Daoist wisdom. The venue, Suly Vegetarian Resort, Yoga and Spa, is nestled among rice fields and offers a peaceful, authentic Balinese setting with a pool, yoga hall, and meditation pyramid.
