200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training on England's Coastal Countryside

The training is led by Candice, who founded Pasithea Yoga in 2020 and holds E-RYT 500 certification plus additional credentials in Yoga Nidra, Ayurveda, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. She's run retreats across Portugal, Greece, and the UK, and her teaching combines anatomical detail with a relaxed, supportive style. Before you arrive, you'll get access to Google Classroom with pre-course reading and a digital copy of the student manual. The 14 days cover philosophy, sequencing, hands-on adjustments, pranayama, meditation, and practice teaching. Training sessions run roughly 9:30am to 5pm with a lunch break, so expect full days of study punctuated by morning practice and evening downtime.

Little Redlap sits about 1.7km from Compass Cove Beach and within walking distance of Dartmouth Castle. The house has six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a large garden, a terrace with sea views, and a yoga shala or deck for practice. There's a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and tumble dryer, a TV with satellite channels, and free parking on site.

November on the Devon coast can be cold, so you'll want layers and proper footwear if you plan to walk the beaches in your free time. The retreat may include outdoor yoga sessions weather permitting, but most training happens indoors where the fireplace keeps things warm.
