200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Wellness Immersion in Rishikesh

The 200-hour yoga teacher training at Adi Yoga Shala integrates Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga yoga. Mornings begin with a Hatha session, then move into pranayama and mantra chanting. Afternoons cover yoga anatomy, physiology, and philosophy. Evenings include a Hatha Vinyasa or asana clinic, followed by guided meditation. Sundays are off days, and the schedule is subject to change.

The program includes workshops on Reiki, sound healing, and marma therapy, which are complimentary. These sessions are designed to deepen your understanding of energy work and Ayurvedic principles. The teaching team, led by founder Iraa, who has a master's in Yogic Science and a decade of experience, emphasizes technically sound and patient instruction. Amit, another teacher, brings a background in functional training and meditation, while Priyanka focuses on Ashtanga Vinyasa and pre-natal yoga.
