21-Day 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali: Ocean View Certification with Aerial, Acro & Yin

Indonesia · 21 days · From USD 1728

Each day at this training is built around a rhythm that balances deep practice with practical teaching skills. The morning starts at 6:45 AM with meditation and pranayama, easing you into a 90-minute hatha or vinyasa class led with precision and attention to alignment. After breakfast, you'll dive into teaching methodology, where you learn how to sequence and communicate classes effectively. Before lunch, asana labs break down key postures—exploring alignment, variations, and hands-on adjustments—so you leave with a thorough understanding of how to guide students safely.

Afternoons are dedicated to philosophy and functional anatomy, connecting the ancient texts like Patanjali's Yoga Sutras to modern movement science. You'll learn how muscles, joints, and fascia work together, and why certain cues prevent injury. Teaching practice is a core element: you begin by leading small sections of class and build up to full 75-minute sessions by the end of the three weeks. The feedback is supportive and direct, giving you the confidence to step into a teaching role straight after the course.

What truly sets this training apart is the breadth of styles you're introduced to. Every week includes a 90-minute aerial yoga class using Ulu Yoga's custom-designed swings—cushioned for comfort and geared to beginners, avoiding complex wraps and drops. Acro yoga adds a playful, partner-based element that builds trust and connection, while yin, restorative, and yoga nidra sessions balance the intensity with deep rest. You'll also explore ashtanga's structured sequences, which bridge hatha and vinyasa. With a faculty of international teachers, including Minty, Manjeet, Arbely, Elena, Marylene, and others, you learn from specialists in anatomy, trauma-informed yoga, acro, and philosophy.

Uluwatu itself is a stunning backdrop. Bingin Beach is a short drive or a scenic walk away, known for its surf breaks and dramatic limestone cliffs. The resort, Le Bamboo, sits amidst lush gardens with an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, and the nearby village of Uluwatu offers cafes, warungs, and a vibrant yoga community. Sundays are a full day off, perfect for exploring the island's famous temples or taking a day trip to Nusa Penida. The training also includes 130 hours of online study, which you can complete before or after your stay, giving you flexibility to review the material at your own pace.
