21-Day Certified Yoga Teacher Training and Wellness Retreat in Rural Qingdao

The training is structured to take you from a solid foundation to confident teaching in just three weeks. The first week focuses on the fundamentals: 12 basic postures, alignment principles, and introductory pranayama. The second week introduces intermediate variations, adjustments, and breath expansion techniques. The final week is about integration, deeper pranayama, and teaching application. You'll start practicing teaching from the middle of the program onward, with supervised peer sessions and plenty of feedback.

The lead teacher is Theresa, an RYT 500 instructor based in Singapore. She brings a wide range of certifications to the program—Yin Yoga, Face Yoga, Kids Yoga, Mat Pilates, Barre, and holistic massage—along with a Level 7 Graduate Diploma in TESOL. She's known for her focus on mindfulness and breathwork, and for creating a supportive, personal learning environment.

The retreat is held in Ligezhuang, a village just outside Qingdao. It's quiet, surrounded by farmland, and yet only a short drive from the airport. The property is near the town center, with a cultural square, small shops, and local eateries within walking distance. Evenings you can visit the night market; mornings you can walk or run through the wheat fields.

Because the group is capped at ten people, you get plenty of individual attention. The schedule is full but balanced, with built-in time for rest and reflection. You'll leave not just with a certification, but with a stronger practice and a clear sense of how to share yoga with others.
