21-Day Mystical Yoga Teacher Training and Spiritual Immersion in Peru's Sacred Valley

The program is deliberately full. Every 5th day is an off day, and there are 3 off days during the 21 days—time to rest, explore the valley, visit hot springs, or hike. The retreat is held at Munay Sonqo Retreat Center, an oasis of native plants and fruit trees nourished by a waterfall, in the town of Arin, between Urubamba and Pisac. It is a contemplative setting, with a yoga shala, a sweat lodge, a library, and a garden. The training runs with a small group of between 2 and 20 participants, so you'll get lots of personal attention.
