21-Day Sound Healing & Energy Healing Training in Rishikesh, India

The training runs 21 days and is built in layers. The early part covers the physical and psychological ground: anatomy, physiology, nervous-system function, then breath, psychology, emotional patterns and subconscious conditioning. From there you move into sound work, Vedic and yogic philosophy, traditional energy anatomy, ethics and the practice of holding a therapeutic relationship. Hands-on practice is built into the schedule rather than saved for the end.

What separates this from a single-modality sound course is the range. Sound healing sits alongside energy work, breathwork, philosophy and counselling-style skills, and the masculine/feminine thread runs through all of it. The teaching draws on Taoist yin and yang and the Hindu Shakti–Shiva union to look at how qualities like action and rest, or logic and intuition, shape a person's inner life and their relationships.

The programme is run by Damini Sargam International Academy, which also runs shorter sound healing courses in Rishikesh — 6-day, 9-day and 15-day trainings — plus a 30-day energy healing training and a 3-day women's retreat.
