21-Night Body Transformation Retreat in Costa Rica: Juice Cleanse and Metabolic Rewire

The 21-Night Body Transformation runs as one continuous stay with two distinct phases. Week one is the Juice Cleanse. You get detox-specific meals before and after the juice days, a specialty juice plan with six days of cold-pressed juices made from superfoods and produce grown on the property, four consultations with one of Hacienda del Sol's juice facilitators, daily colemas supported by specific fibre drinks, and one liver flush.

Weeks two and three are the Metabolic Rewire. The kitchen switches to calorie-controlled, nutritionally balanced sugar-detox cuisine. You have eight Primal Health Coaching sessions, one-on-one, to work out a food and wellness plan you can actually keep up at home. Two 90-minute Deep Fascia Release body treatments are included — these use special tools to work on tissue, lymph stagnation, adhesions and scar tissue, and can be swapped for any spa treatment of equal or lesser value.

The training arc is deliberate. Week two focuses on unbinding natural mobility and tapping into strength. Week three, once your metabolism has completed the shift from carb-burning to fat-burning, moves into higher-intensity workouts. The retreat's own framing is that you go to your edge but never beyond it, and every class is yours to join or skip.

The final piece is reintegration: guidance on taking what you did during the stay back home. The 21-night programme also includes everything in the core Rejuvenation Retreat, with your specialty meal plans substituted in.

Hacienda del Sol sits in a remote, peaceful part of Costa Rica, three hours from major medical facilities. The team asks for your health history at booking and will discuss what is right for you if you have conditions needing immediate medical access. San Juanillo, on the Guanacaste coast, is the nearest village.
