22-Day Yoga Teacher Training with Aerial Yoga in Goa, India

Most days begin with a morning practice that includes pranayama, kriyas, and a guided asana class. The training is structured as a multi-style course, covering Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa flows, alignment clinics, and anatomy study. Aerial yoga is woven throughout the curriculum as a separate strand, and by the end of the course you'll have a complete 50-hour aerial certification alongside your 200-hour Yoga Alliance credential.
