24-Day 200-Hour Beach Yoga Teacher Training in Palomino, Colombia

Set on a private Caribbean beach, this training runs for 24 days with a small group of 8 to 16 participants, so you get plenty of personal attention. Mornings start with sadhana and meditation, followed by a long asana and kriya practice. Afternoons are split between philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology, with evenings given over to asana labs or kundalini kriya practice. Sundays and Thursday afternoons are free so you can rest, reflect, or explore the area.

The curriculum covers foundational and intermediate asanas with alignment and modifications, pranayama, chakra meditation, tantric kriyas, and the philosophy of yoga. You'll learn how to combine breath and movement, how to teach sequences, and how to assist students of all levels. Two teachers are present in every class—one cues, the other assists—so you get hands-on feedback from day one.

Special workshops include acro yoga, ecstatic dance, yoga nidra, laughter yoga, arm balancing, sound healing with live music, and kirtans. You'll also take part in ancestral ceremonies, including rapé and cacao rituals, led by the founders, Carolina and Marco, who bring together knowledge from India, Colombia, and other traditions. The setting—an eco-friendly cabana complex with a yoga shala overlooking the ocean—makes it easy to stay focused on the training while being surrounded by nature.
