24-Day Hatha Yoga Teacher Training with Sound Healing in Bali

The training is built around a traditional Hatha curriculum inspired by Indian universities, with a daily rhythm of two asana classes, an Asana Lab for alignment and adjustments, and structured teaching methodology. The 200-hour breakdown includes theory classes in yoga philosophy, Patanjali Yoga Sutras, anatomy, and teaching methodology, plus tutorial classes and 36 hours of practical asana. The meditation focus is exceptional—15 hours in a daily Meditation Lab and 11 hours of evening practice, totaling 27 hours, the most in any Bali YTT.

What sets this apart is the setting: an eco-village in the traditional Balinese village of Pejeng, on the edge of Ubud. The property features a sound and meditation dome for spiritual practices, a walking meditation maze, and an aquaponic garden. The main villa has five relaxation areas, including a floating net bed suspended 10 meters above the jungle. The owner, Ludwig, lived with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi for over 10 years, adding a genuine meditative lineage.

The teaching team includes Simon, founder of SKY, who trained at Kaivalyadhama College in India, along with Marlen, Dipali, Alexandra, and Mr. Shailesh, each bringing deep expertise in Hatha, philosophy, and modern movement science. The group is limited to 15 participants to foster a close-knit learning environment.

Evenings include optional sound healing and yoga nidra, and Sundays are free for excursions to Bali's highlights. The course is fully inclusive—meals, accommodation, and the free sound healing add-on are all covered, making it a comprehensive package for aspiring teachers.
