25-Day Meditation & Yoga Nidra Teacher Training in Rishikesh

This training takes place at Mind Flow Harmony Yoga Academy, a small, intimate center in the spiritual heart of Rishikesh. With a maximum of 15 participants, you'll get plenty of personal attention. The daily schedule is structured to balance learning, practice, and rest. Mornings begin with a wake-up bell, cleansing practices, and guided meditation, followed by pranayama and a gentle Hatha asana class. Midday sessions focus on yoga philosophy, the science of meditation, and the foundations of Yoga Nidra. Afternoons are dedicated to the practice and theory of Yoga Nidra, subtle body anatomy (chakras, koshas, nadis), and group sharing. Evenings include a light dinner, optional satsang or kirtan, and a final guided meditation or Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation. One day is set aside for a excursion to sacred sites, like a waterfall hike or cave meditation. The course also includes teaching practicums, personal mentorship, and karma yoga. The instructors are experienced and passionate, with a focus on Eastern practices like pranayama, kriyas, and mantra chanting. The food is sattvic, vegetarian, and served in silence or with mindful conversation. The location is truly special—a short walk from the Ganges River, surrounded by green mountains, and with a natural waterfall pool right in front of the ashram for cooling off in the summer. It's a place that feels far from the noise of the town, and the energy supports deep inner work.
