3 Day Ayurvedic Wellness and Detox Retreat in Panama

Each day includes two personalized Ayurvedic therapies, which might be Abhyangam, Shirodhara, Nasyam, Ksheera Dhara, Udwarthanam, herbal steam, or Kizhi, depending on what your consultant decides is needed.
