The property is mostly off-grid — no neighbours, no passing traffic, no phone signal — and hiking trails leave directly from the grounds into ancient forest, past natural waterfalls and through vineyards. The retreat has no fixed schedule beyond breakfast. You set the pace: a gentle Morning Energy Flow with Marc beneath the pines, a long walk, pool time, a nap in a hammock. Nothing is mandatory.
