From Friday evening to Sunday evening, you’ll be at Alyssium Retreat Centre in Crestmead, a quiet green space hidden in the suburbs. The retreat kicks off with a welcoming circle and your first fresh juice, then jumps straight into education and your first colonic, sauna, and lymph detox. You’ll also do daily restorative yoga and breathwork in an outdoor studio next to a creek, plus guided Yoga Nidra meditations. Belle teaches daily ‘intuition playshops’ — practical sessions on reading your body, clearing stuck emotions, and building self-awareness.
