The retreat takes place at Inspirare Retreat Center, a newly built ecological home nestled in an old tree stand by a serene river. The architecture blends harmoniously with nature, offering a calm and contemplative atmosphere. Your accommodation is a private, fully darkened apartment, designed for the full dark retreat experience, ensuring you can truly unplug and turn inward.

Guided by Alexandre, a Certified Tasso Transpersonal Regression Therapist with over a decade of Vipassana meditation experience, you'll explore the deepest parts of yourself through meditation, regression, and soul coaching. He's supported many individuals in dark retreats over the past five years, and his approach is gentle and process-oriented, meeting you wherever you are.

Noble silence is a key part of the experience. You're encouraged to stay silent throughout the day, allowing you to deepen your awareness and connection to nature. Meals are delivered to you, breakfast is self-prepared, and you can move at your own pace—rest, journal, walk in the woods, or simply be. Evenings bring optional group practice in the Dome or living room, where you can share and integrate your experiences.
