3-Day Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation Reset in Goa, India

The retreat runs a daily schedule that starts at 7am and finishes between 8:30pm and 9pm. Two yoga classes happen each day, one in the morning and one before lunch, and every guest gets a printed program on arrival. Attendance is expected at all activities, which keeps the group working together through the three days.

You're not just doing yoga classes. The package includes two sessions of therapeutic or flow yoga, a one-on-one intensive counselling session, three meditation sessions, plus dedicated time to learn and use the Emotional Body Release & Refresh (EBRR) technique and the Re-energized Tibetan Pulsing Method (RTPM). These are hands-on bodywork approaches that Ananta has built his practice around.

Ananta founded ReDiscover ThySelf after using yoga to heal his own recurring health problems starting in 2002. He's now a certified yoga therapist specialising in psychosomatic disorders, along with being a meditation facilitator, life coach and mental health coach. Reviews from past guests keep coming back to the same thing: this is deep inner work, not a gentle stretch-and-relax stay. Guests describe releasing emotions they'd been carrying for years and leaving with a renewed sense of purpose.

The setting sits right on Mandrem Beach, one of the less commercialised stretches of North Goa, with the Mandrem River close by. It's an easy retreat to fit into a longer India trip, and the center operates all year round, even through the monsoon.
