Home › Retreats › 3-Week Metabolic Reset & Wellness Retreat in Costa Rica
Costa Rica · 21 days · From USD 8017
This retreat is built around the idea that sustainable weight loss comes from resetting your metabolism and regulating your nervous system, not from willpower. For 21 days, you follow an anti-inflammatory, pescatarian meal plan with targeted carbs to help your body switch between burning carbs and fat. The meals are cooked fresh each day and are designed to reduce cravings and balance blood sugar, so you're not left feeling hungry or deprived.
Mornings begin with a Wild Movement Flow class at 7:00 AM, which blends strength, mobility, and primal movement with HIIT intensity. The workouts are challenging but fun, and they're adapted so beginners can join. Afternoons are for yoga, breathwork, and meditation at 4:00 PM, with styles ranging from Hatha to Vinyasa to Yin. Sundays are rest days, dedicated to relaxation and recovery — a key part of muscle growth and habit formation.
The retreat is hosted by Catalina, a certified Primal Health Coach and yoga instructor, and her partner JC, who teaches surfing and handles the kitchen. Their 'Reset to Revive' method weaves lifestyle coaching into your daily practices, so you learn by doing. Expect private villas with sunset views, howler monkeys in the trees, and a small group of no more than six guests to ensure personalized attention.
