30-Day Energy Healing Training in Rishikesh, India

The curriculum starts from a simple idea: everyone carries both receptive and active forces, regardless of gender. The training draws on Taoist yin-yang, Hindu Shakti-Shiva and indigenous traditions to look at how those polarities shape behaviour, relationships, intuition and creativity, and how early conditioning, trauma and modern life knock them out of balance.

From there it moves into the human being across several dimensions at once: physical anatomy, nervous-system regulation, the vagus nerve, endocrine function, somatic responses and subconscious patterning. Classical frameworks sit alongside the modern material — the five elements, five koshas, three doshas, seven dhatus, prana, nadis and chakras — together with Vedic philosophy, Ayurveda and energy anatomy.
