300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training and Wellness Immersion in the Colombian Andes

This is a serious, structured training for people who already hold a 200-hour certification and want to go further. You'll spend just over a month at Finca El Rosario, a family-run property in Sasaima with four guest bedrooms, a large garden, and a dedicated yoga shala. The curriculum covers advanced asana demonstration and sequencing, pranayama and meditation techniques, yoga anatomy (joints, muscles, fascia, and the energy body), teaching methodology, and the practicalities of running a successful yoga business. There's also a full sound therapy module included, earning you a YACEP certification on top of your 300-hour diploma. The teaching team is led by Marta Diaz, who trained under Bettina Kahlert (a student of B.K.S. Iyengar and Pattabhi Jois), and Jennifer, who grew up in ashrams and has taught everywhere from hospitals to Olympic training facilities. With two expert instructors and a small group, you'll get hands-on teaching practice every week, culminating in leading two 60-minute and two 90-minute classes in the final week. The finca itself is a calm, green space—large windows let in natural light, and the garden is perfect for quiet study or evening walks. Sasaima is a traditional Colombian town with cobblestone streets and colonial churches, but you're also close to forests, waterfalls, and hiking trails for your days off. Meals are vegetarian and made fresh with local ingredients, with vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options always available. Transportation from Bogotá's El Dorado Airport is included on the first and last day, so you just arrive and settle in.
