300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India

This 300-hour program is built for people who already have a 200-hour certification and want to go further. The day is structured from early morning to late evening — a reviewer notes days run from around 5:45 am to 7:15 pm — and covers a lot of ground. Mornings open with Shatkarma (cleansing practices) then move into pranayama, meditation, and a dynamic Ashtanga or Vinyasa class.
