This 300-hour teacher training is the follow-on level for those who've done a 200-hour course, deepening both practice and teaching skills. The curriculum splits between Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa — you'll work through the full Ashtanga primary series, study the structure of Vinyasa, and spend serious time on pranayama, mudras, mantras, and yoga nidra. Each subject is taught by a specialist: Saurabh leads the Ashtanga Vinyasa and advanced training, Saraswathi teaches traditional Hatha, and Abin covers philosophy and the esoteric dimensions of practice.
