300-Hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in Bali

Each day begins with an early Kundalini kriya set and meditation, moving through pranayama and chanting as the sun comes up. Mornings are dedicated to the active body of practice, while late mornings and early afternoons shift into the theory of Kundalini Yoga: the chakra system, the science of energy, yogic anatomy, and the philosophy underpinning the practice. You'll also spend significant time on teaching methodology and practicums, learning to sequence and lead a class with confidence.

The training is held at a peaceful retreat center near Ubud, set within walking distance of rice terraces. The teaching team is led by Yogi Vishnu, the school's founder, who holds master's degrees in both yoga and Sanskrit. He has taught teacher trainings for years and leads the advanced curriculum with a practical, grounded style. Supporting teachers include specialists in Hatha, Ashtanga, and therapeutic yoga, many of whom grew up in Rishikesh, so the teaching style stays traditional rather than Westernized.

What sets this training apart is the inclusion of a 50-hour Yin Yoga module, which adds a slow, meditative floor-based practice to complement the energetic work of Kundalini. The schedule includes weekends for cultural excursions into Ubud town, a temple visit, and time to experience Bali beyond the practice space. You'll be living at the school, sharing meals with fellow students, and learning in a small group of 10 to 20, so there is a lot of personal attention from the teaching staff. Certification upon successful completion gets you the credentials to register as an advanced teacher with Yoga Alliance.
