300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training & Ayurveda Immersion in Goa

The 300-hour training at Shiva Yoga is built for practitioners who want to move beyond a 200-hour foundation and get into the finer points of teaching. You'll study anatomy in detail, learn how to adjust and align students safely, and spend a good chunk of each day practicing your teaching with real feedback from the instructors. The philosophy and Ayurveda lectures are separate from the asana practice, so you get a proper academic grounding, not just physical training. With two batches — one for beginners and one for advanced students — the teaching can be tailored more closely to where you actually are in your practice.
