300-Hour Yoga Therapy & Integrative Medicine Teacher Training in Greece

Greece · 29 days · From USD 2800

The course is structured around 12 therapeutic modules, each addressing a different body system or condition. You'll work through back pain, joint disorders, digestive issues, cardiovascular and respiratory problems, endocrine and immune system conditions, nervous system disorders, men's and women's health, cancer support, and psychological stress and trauma responses. The final module covers how to actually work with clients — building relationships, conducting assessments, and designing individual programmes.

Beyond the yoga therapy content, you'll learn basic Shiatsu techniques and how to apply them for deep relaxation. The course covers marma points and acupoints, meridian stretches, and self-massage (Do-in). You'll practise client assessment through multiple methods: observing posture and complexion, palpating the back and spine, evaluating joint range of motion, and listening to breathing patterns.

The theoretical foundation draws from both yoga philosophy (nadis, chakras, koshas, vayus) and Traditional Chinese Medicine (meridians, pancha mahabhuta, the concept of Qi). You'll study stress physiology, the muscular-fascia-organ-meridian system, and basic Ayurvedic principles. The course assumes you already have at least 200 hours of yoga teacher training or work as a holistic therapist.

Days follow a rhythm of morning practice, classroom teaching, and afternoon excursions. The group visits hot springs, beaches, and villages around Lesbos. Evenings sometimes include kirtan or film screenings. The pace is intensive — this is a training, not a holiday — but the setting and the daily outings keep it from feeling like pure classroom time.
