4 Day Ayurvedic Detox and Deep Renewal in the Jungle of Akumal, Mexico

The retreat is run at Ekumal, an eco-resort in the jungle outside Akumal, built by an architect named Diego. The property is made up of individual bungalows and domes spread across the grounds, with two swimming pools (one on a rooftop), a restaurant, and a yoga shala. Everything runs in an environmentally friendly way, and the jungle around the resort is home to monkeys, hummingbirds, and other wildlife. The beaches of Akumal are about fifteen minutes away, but most of your time here is spent on the property, working through the detox program.
