She integrates modalities such as Shamanic Systemic Therapy, Family Constellations, Systemic Tarot, and energetic cleansing practices with embodied presence work and breathwork. The retreat is held in a peaceful Catalan farmhouse, surrounded by forests and rolling hills. This natural setting is the perfect backdrop for introspection and deep rest. The house offers comfortable private and shared accommodations, a welcoming ceremony room, and cozy common areas. Nourishing, high-quality vegan meals are prepared by an in-house chef, designed to support your body throughout the process.
