4 Day Luxury Detox & Weight Loss Wellness Retreat in Antalya, Turkey

The program is run by Cosmos Health & Rehabilitation Center by Medworld, which operates inside the Nirvana Cosmopolitan hotel in the Lara Kundu area of Antalya. Guests arrive any day of the year since the clinic doesn't work with fixed retreat dates. On arrival you fill out a detailed questionnaire, then have blood drawn and a body scan taken. A doctor reviews the results with you, and a nutritionist checks your body composition before putting together the meal plan you'll follow for the rest of your stay. All of this happens in the first day or two, so the remaining time is spent actually doing the treatments on your schedule. What makes this different from a beach-and-spa holiday is that the treatments are medical, not just pampering. You get IV infusions with detox formulas, regular lymphatic drainage sessions, colon cleansing, and specialist therapies like matrix rhythm therapy and TCM acupuncture. There are also two body-sculpting sessions and red light therapy. The whole program is overseen by doctors and nurses, and the physiotherapists and nutritionists are on site.
