The retreat takes place at Eywa Yoga & Healing Center, a serene and intimate studio located just 100 meters from the beach in Puerto Banús. Despite being in the middle of one of Spain's most vibrant and luxurious marinas, the space is a quiet oasis. Over four days, you'll be guided by Silvia, a highly experienced Hatha Yoga teacher with a master's degree in Precision, Integration, and Consciousness. She also brings a wealth of expertise in aerial yoga, yoga nidra, aromatherapy, and chakra healing, and she genuinely adapts each session to what you need on that particular day.

The program is a blend of movement, relaxation, and self-discovery. Mornings often start with a yoga session on the beach, followed by a buffet breakfast at the hotel. Later in the day, you might have an aerial yoga class, a chakra harmonization session, or a yoga nidra workshop with essential oils. One afternoon includes a private hammam session at Eywa Spa, and there's a 60-minute Aromatouch massage included—a deeply relaxing treatment that uses essential oils.
