4-Day Women's Wellness Escape on Tybee Island

The retreat runs from Friday afternoon to Monday morning, with the first evening given over to settling in, setting intentions, and a sound bath after dinner. Saturday and Sunday follow a similar shape: yoga before breakfast, a workshop in the late morning, lunch, then free time before an evening yoga class and dinner.

The workshops are the heart of the experience. There's an art workshop where you make something to take home, an energy workshop that explores how you're spending your attention, and a coaching session called "Find Your Fire" that gets you thinking about what you actually want more of in your life. None of it is heavy or confrontational—it's done in a group where people have traveled solo and are all in the same boat.

Angela has spent more than 20 years in hospitality in Savannah and on Tybee Island, and she has brought together a team of local women to run the food and the services. She is a certified holistic nutritionist, a Reiki practitioner, and runs a cacao ceremony practice, so the retreat draws on her background in wellness rather than being purely a yoga holiday.

The accommodation is a house called Serenity House, which has attached bathrooms for every bedroom and a mix of private and shared rooms. It's set up so you can walk to the beach with your feet in the sand within minutes, and there's a yoga deck for outdoor practice when the weather allows.
