Casa Rico is an off-grid property nestled beneath the Puig Campana mountain, one of the highest peaks in the area. The retreat is hosted by Raymond and Femke, a young family who left the Netherlands to build a life rooted in nature and simplicity. They've created a space where guests can experience a slower, more conscious way of living.

The daily structure is simple but intentional. Mornings begin with a yoga session with Flavie, designed to wake up the body and help you arrive in the day. After breakfast, you'll either have a breathwork session at the house or head into the mountains for a hike or e-bike tour. Breathwork with Raymond is a core part of the experience, helping to release stress and emotions that may have been stored for years. No experience is needed, as sessions are adapted to your level.

What makes this retreat different is that it's a real life, not a commercial setup. You're invited into the family's home, where meals are prepared together, and children run around. The seasons shape the experience, so each retreat is slightly different. You'll leave not just with new skills but with a sense of having been part of something genuine and lasting.
