Greece · 5 days · From USD 2054
This retreat is the brainchild of Stacey Bareham, a yoga teacher with eight years of experience leading retreats globally and a certification list that includes Ashtanga, Yin, Mandala Vinyasa, Pregnancy, Meditation, and Sound Healing. She designed this trip specifically for women who have spent years prioritising family and work and are now ready to invest in themselves again. Stacey's warm and attentive style is a recurring theme in guest reviews, with past participants praising her ability to create a safe, welcoming space where friendships form quickly and genuine rest feels possible. The journey begins at Corfu Old Town Port, where you'll board the yacht—a traditional, family-owned wooden vessel that stretches 35 metres and features spacious decks, characterful cabins, and all the charm of a classic sailing boat. Over the four nights, you'll sail the calm Ionian waters, dropping anchor at Syvota Bay for sunset swims and BBQs, mooring overnight in tiny harbours, and exploring the pastel-coloured houses and cobbled streets of Parga and Paxos. What makes this retreat different from a landlubber yoga holiday is the constant motion of the sea—you're never in the same place twice, and the yoga deck changes with the scenery. A highlight for many is the crystal bowl sound bath held on deck, with the boat gently rocking as the sun dips below the horizon. The itinerary mixes structured practice with generous free time, so you can sunbathe on the top deck, try stand-up paddleboarding in the Blue Lagoon, or simply doze in a hammock. With a friendly crew—including the resident dog—and a laid-back atmosphere, this feels less like a retreat in the formal sense and more like a week of sailing with friends who happen to be yoga teachers.
