The retreat is built around a progressive journey with breathwork at its core. You'll start with foundational practices and move through deeper exploration, culminating in integration and empowerment. The program includes Conscious Connected Breathwork, breathwork for nervous system regulation (like 5.5 breath, box breathing, and breath of fire), and transformative techniques inspired by Wim Hof, Gabor Maté, and Peter Levine. You'll also try water breathwork (rebirthing) and shamanic breathwork, and take part in compassionate sharing circles inspired by Gabor Maté's approach.
