5 Day Yoga, Breathwork & Nervous System Reset in Sedona

The retreat begins on Wednesday afternoon with check-in and a gentle welcome ceremony, followed by the first of several structured offerings: a fire ceremony where you write down what you want to release and watch it burn. That sets the tone for a week about letting go of the labels and habits that keep you feeling stuck. Mornings start with a 90-minute vinyasa yoga class led by Kylie on the lawn or in the indoor meditation space, and she offers modifications for every level. After brunch (served at 10:30), the group heads out for a few hours—hiking into Red Rock State Park, exploring the red rocks, or swimming, depending on the day and the season. Afternoons are yours until 4:00 PM, when Vienna leads one of her workshops: Medicine Wheel, Unmasking, or the Sedona Soul Intuitive Workshop, the latter is designed live around what the group needs. Evenings include Yin Yoga with Reiki, a Transformational Breathwork class, and a cacao ceremony with sound bath on the final night.
