Spend six days slowing down between the quiet outskirts of Hoi An and the blue water of Cham Island. This retreat combines yoga and meditation with the everyday traditions of local village life, so you rest, recharge and reconnect with yourself while still seeing a side of central Vietnam most visitors miss.

The first three nights are in Hoi An. You practise yoga and meditation, eat vegetarian food at a range of local restaurants and take part in traditional activities alongside local residents. The aim is a real physical and mental balance during your holiday, not a packed schedule.

For the last two nights you take a speedboat from Cua Dai dock to Cham Island and stay at the Island Smiles homestay in Bai Huong village, surrounded by hills and right next to the sea. You'll explore the island by motorbike with a local driver, go on a sunrise snorkelling boat trip, enjoy home-cooked food and spend time on the island's beaches with the people who live there.

Across the week the programme includes five yoga and meditation sessions, lunch and dinner, and a massage. It's a gentle, soulful way to see Hoi An and Cham Island and to give your inner child a little extra vitamin.
