50-Hour Embodied Yoga Teacher Training & Wellness Escape in Sicily

The Embodied Teacher Program is a 50-hour YACEP-certified training by Yoga Alliance, aimed at yoga teachers who want to refine their skills and deepen their personal practice. The philosophy is that experience is the teacher of all things, so the program is highly experiential. Over six days, you'll explore the art of holding space, voice and presence, hands-on assists, sequencing, and the subtle energetics of class. You'll also delve into the nervous system, the gut-brain connection, and the philosophical systems of the Koshas, Chakras, and Kleshas, giving you a more holistic understanding of yoga.

The daily schedule is immersive but balanced. Mornings start at 7:30 with breathwork and meditation, followed by two hours of yoga practice. After breakfast, you'll move into theory or practice until 13:00. Lunch is a break until 15:30, then you'll have practical implementation and open discussions, followed by practice teaching from 17:00 to 19:00. The day wraps up with a 30-minute yoga nidra session. There's also an opening and closing ceremony, and you'll leave with a certificate of completion.
