50-Hour Yoga Nidra Teacher Training and Wellness Retreat in the Eifel, Germany

The retreat is a focused 50-hour training certified by Yoga Alliance, designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Mornings typically start with an active yoga class, followed by a hearty breakfast and then a full day of learning. You'll cover five distinct Yoga Nidra techniques, including chakra visualization and methods for children, and learn how to write and guide your own scripts. The curriculum also includes yogic anatomy (nadis, pancha prana, koshas) and modern anatomy and physiology, exploring how Yoga Nidra affects the brain and nervous system.

The teaching takes place in the Anandam Yoga School, a peaceful setting in the Eifel National Park, just a 20-minute walk from Lake Rursee. The hosts, Katharina and Sandip (as guests call them), create a warm, familial atmosphere, with evening activities like kirtan and movie nights. The schedule is balanced with ample free time for rest, walks, or swimming in the lake. Over the week, you'll practice teaching under supervision, building confidence to lead Yoga Nidra in various settings.
