58-Day RYT-500 Yoga Teacher Training in the Himalayan Foothills

Rishikesh · 58 days · From USD 1853

This 58-day program at DivinePath Yoga School is a deep dive into traditional yoga. You'll study Hatha and Vinyasa with precision and alignment, but also spend significant time on pranayama, meditation, ashtanga foundations, philosophy (Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita), anatomy, and teaching methodology. This isn't just about perfecting your own practice—it's about learning how to guide others.

The teachers are the heart of the experience. Rajesh Ji, born and raised in Rishikesh, brings a Master's in Yoga Science and a gift for Vinyasa Flow. Jaggi Ji, raised in a family of practitioners, studied at Gurukul Kangri University and spent years traveling the Himalayas to learn from masters. Naveen Ji left mechanical engineering to earn a Master's in Ashtanga and Alignment. Saransh, a certified yoga and meditation mentor, blends yogic wisdom with psychology. Together, they offer a well-rounded education that's both traditional and practical.

Location matters here. The school sits in Tapovan, the heart of Rishikesh's yoga community, within walking distance of Laxman Jhula, temples, cafes, and organic shops. Yet it's quiet enough for deep study and meditation. The campus itself includes yoga halls with natural light, a cafe, common areas, and a small farm that supplies some of the vegetables for your meals.

What makes this training special is the balance between structure and support. The curriculum is thorough, but class sizes stay small—between 10 and 15 students—so you get personal attention. The teachers know your name, your practice, and your struggles. It's a community as much as a school.

By the end, you'll have earned your Yoga Alliance RYT-500 certificate, which requires completing the full schedule. But the real takeaways are the skills to sequence a class, offer hands-on adjustments, and speak about yoga philosophy with confidence. And probably a few friendships that last long after you leave.
