6 Day Beachfront Massage & Wellness Reset in Costa Rica

This retreat is designed for people who spend their lives caring for others—caregivers, professionals, parents, anyone carrying constant responsibility. You get a break from all of it. From the moment you arrive, your only job is to receive. Your meals, schedule, wellness sessions, and massage are all taken care of, down to the small details that let your nervous system finally let go.

Each full day includes one therapeutic massage tailored to your body's needs—options include deep tissue, Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage, craniosacral therapy, Ayurvedic massage, and reflexology. You'll also have a private wellness session with Fern, choosing from yoga, breathwork, meditation, Yoga Nidra, sound healing, or a combination. Between sessions, you'll have time for the beach, the pool, reading in a hammock, or exploring the jungle paths.

The location is the small, family-owned Dragonfly Beach Retreat Center in Punta Uva, nestled between the jungle and the Caribbean Sea. It's a nature-based setting with an open-air yoga shala, saltwater pool, and direct beach access. Expect to see sloths, monkeys, toucans, and butterflies. Fern, your host, is a former Wall Street finance professional turned integrative health practitioner with over 15 years of experience. Her approach combines nervous system regulation with spiritual depth, and she's known for creating a space that feels both safe and expansive.
