6-Day Healing Wellness Escape at Alba Wellness Valley, Vietnam

Alba Wellness Valley is a resort and hot spring complex about 30 kilometers northwest of Hue, set among forested hills at the source of the Thanh Tan mineral spring. The retreat package includes five nights in either a Premium Deluxe room or a one-bedroom bungalow, all daily meals with a strong juicing and healthy-eating focus, a 50-minute spa treatment each night, and a daily 30-minute onsen session. The idea is to keep every day fairly light—there’s a complimentary program of yoga, meditation, breathwork, biking, and hiking, but nothing is compulsory. One evening is given over to an organic cooking class where you pick herbs and vegetables from the on-site farm. The zipline and highwire course adds a little adventure if you want it; it’s included once per night.
