Your days are led by Alyee, the creatress of The Portal, and her team. Alyee has over 27 years of yoga practice and a long list of certifications in trauma-informed facilitation, NLP, and leadership coaching. She works with men and women globally, and her approach blends somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, and deep conversation. Depending on your needs, sessions can include Human Design, conscious communication, inner child healing, or processing grief and trauma. The work is personalized, and the schedule is flexible — if you need a rest day, you get one.

The casita, Casita de Cristales, was designed by a VOGUE-featured stylist and has ocean views from almost every room, including the shower. The property includes a private wellness center, a sauna, and a saltwater pool. There's one chef who cooks all your meals, tailored to your dietary needs, using fresh local ingredients from farmers' markets. You're not sharing the space with strangers; it's just you (or you and your partner if you book together).

The retreat is priced for one person, but they can accommodate two men coming together or a custom group. For couples, they also offer private conscious couple retreats. The location is remote enough to feel like an escape but close enough to towns for excursions — waterfalls, beaches, and the jungle are all nearby.
